Key Sprint Locksmith is a mobile locksmith based in Glen Mills, PA, covering Delaware & Chester County PA and New Castle County DE. We handle automotive, residential, commercial and emergency work - car keys and fobs, rekeys and lock upgrades, storefront and office hardware, and lockouts of every kind.
Where we work
Our service area is three counties: Delaware County, PA, Chester County, PA, New Castle County, DE. That takes in 42 towns, from Glen Mills and the Route 1 corridor out through Media, Springfield and the Main Line, west across the Brandywine Valley to West Chester, Downingtown and Kennett Square, and over the state line into Wilmington, Newark and the Route 40 towns. There is no shop, and that is deliberate
Everything is done where you are - at the curb, at the door, at the storefront. Key Sprint is a service-area business: no counter, no waiting room, no driving across the county with a broken lock in the passenger seat. The van carries the key blanks, the cutting and programming equipment and the hardware a normal job needs, so the workshop arrives with the locksmith.
We do not quote prices or arrival windows over a web page, and we would be suspicious of anyone who did. Too much depends on what the lock actually is, what has already been tried and where you are. Call, describe what happened, and you will get a straight answer from someone who does this work.
The name is the promise
A locksmith call is almost never convenient. Somebody is standing next to a car in a parking lot, or on a porch in the dark, or at a storefront that should already be open and serving customers. Key Sprint exists to shorten that wait - which is why we ask what the vehicle or the door actually is before anyone sets off, so the right blanks and the right programmer are already on the van instead of being fetched afterwards.
Hours
We are open Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and closed on Saturdays. Evening calls are a normal part of the week rather than an exception.
