Commercial Lock Rekeying

Rekey after staff turnover or a lost master, without replacing every lock in the building. Available across Delaware & Chester County PA and New Castle County DE.

When we arrive, we start by looking at the locks you want changed and asking which keys should still work when we're done. For a commercial rekey, that means we adjust the lock cylinders so old keys stop opening the door and the new keys do. If you've had staff turnover, a missing master key, or a key that's been copied more than it should've been, rekeying gives you control again without replacing every lock in the building. We do the work where the locks are, whether that's an office in Glen Mills, a warehouse, a medical suite, or a retail space with several entry points.

We remove each cylinder, change the pin setup inside, and test the new key against every lock we touched before we leave. If your building uses different keyways, keyed-alike doors, or a master key system, we can keep the setup organized so the right doors open with the right keys and the wrong ones don't. If a lock is worn, damaged, or not worth rekeying, we'll tell you that plainly and talk through the next step. The goal is to secure the property without creating more work for your staff or shutting down the day's business.

Commercial rekeying makes sense when you need to protect access after a key has gone missing, an employee leaves, or a tenant changes. It's also a practical move when you want to tighten up who can get into an office, stock room, file area, or side entrance. Because we're mobile, our van carries the tools and parts needed to handle the job on site across Delaware County, Chester County, and New Castle County. We keep the process straightforward: assess the locks, rekey what should stay, flag what needs attention, and get the building back under your control.

Where we do it

Commercial Lock Rekeying by town

Each of these is a page written for that town, not a copy of this one.

How it works

The order we work in

  1. Tell us what went wrong

A sentence is usually enough. What will not open, what you have already tried, and whereabouts you are.

  2. We work out what it needs

The make and model, or the type of door and lock, tells us which equipment and which blanks to load.

  3. We work where the problem is

Kerbside, driveway or doorstep. Very little of this needs to happen anywhere else, and we say so if it does.

  4. Nothing is left half-done

The key is tried, the door is closed and opened again, and we hand it over only once it behaves properly.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer commercial lock rekeying across all three counties?

Yes. Delaware County, PA, Chester County, PA, New Castle County, DE are all inside our regular service area.

Is this done on-site?

Yes. Rekey after staff turnover or a lost master, without replacing every lock in the building. We work as a mobile service, so the van comes to the vehicle or the building rather than the other way round.

What information do you need from me?

Enough to bring the right thing. For vehicles that is the year, make and model plus whether any key still works. For a building it is the type of door and lock and what happens when you try it.

When can I reach you?

Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays.
